How to get ready for bikini season

A lot of women want to lose those last extra pounds before they out on there swimwear. An advise is not to be leaded by style statements, but just find something well-cut and that supports your body shape. This sounds easier said then done, a lot of women get carried away by what they see on the catwalks. It all looks great but does not flatter everyone. Preparation tips are: a good body exfoliation, then a spray tan so that you do not look too pail. Halter necks are good for any size and the less fabric covering your bottom, the smaller your butt will appear. If you have a small bust, use prints to make it look fuller. Big bust? Go for under wired cups. And loads more of that kind of tips.

Husband jailed for murder of 'loyal' wife

Fadi Nasri was cheating on his wife, Nisha Patel-Nas. He has his wife killed in May 2006 so that he could start a new life with his mistress. Fadi was sentenced to serve 20 years for arranging the murder on his wife, Nisha. The day after their third wedding anniversary, he went out to play snooker, he left Nisha alone, when she came home she was killed. Nisha was stabbed with a kitchen knife in her own home by a nightclub bouncer Jason Jones, he was given the job by a friend of Nasri. A drugs dealer named Rodger Leslie. Apparently Fadi was leading a double life and spend a lot of money on his mistress. With Nisha dead he was stand to gain £350,000 for the life insurance policy so that he could pay of a debt of more then £100,000. Rodger Leslie and Jason Jones were also sentenced for life with minimum terms of 18 - 20 years.

Serves them right I would say! If you want to start a new life, with a new wife just get a divorce. Do not send someone after your wife to have her killed. I think the sentences on all three men are more ten justified. First of all you do not get married for the life insurance policy, and second you do not get married to kill your wife, when you do not want to move on with her anymore. Apparently Fadi was not such a sweet guy if he has a drugs dealer for a friend. Nashi, on the other hand was a special constable and loved by family and friends.

Nanny accused of shaking police officers' baby so violently he died of brain damage months later

A nanny shook the three-month-old baby. The baby was the son of two police officers. He was shook so violently he suffered severe brain damage and died. There was a court hearing yesterday. His parents were on a break, while the baby, Isaac Rowlinson was taken to hospital while being looked after by his nanny, Linda Wise. When the parents, Paul and Lisa Rowlinson, came home from there break, they found their son in a coma in hospital, with bleeding on his brain. There son died of an epileptic fit at the age of 13-months. Linda Wise went on trial yesterday, she was accused of killing Isaac. The jury, were told that from his birth, Isaac was a sick child who had difficulty keeping down food. After a lot of research and test, there seemed to be nothing wrong with the baby. The family decided to hire Linda to help with the baby. The jury were told that Wise dialed 999 shortly before 7am. At this the time the parent where in the Lake District. Linda called 999 after becoming concerned that Isaac was not eating, he was not responding and his right leg was twitching. Isaac went in to a coma and a scan showed bleeding on his brain. Although Isaac survived and went home he died of an epileptic fit, brought on by his brain damage. Post-mortem examination showed that the brain injury was consistent with being shaken. Linda denies…

That is quite the story, poor baby, poor parents, poor babysitter, poor everyone… so lest get the facts straight, Isaac, the baby, was already sick. He did not hold down his food, but the doctors did not find anything wrong with him. The parent, who are both police officers, hired Linda to help out with the baby, because the mother was not able to cope so well with her son being sick. As the parents went on a break, the baby went in a coma and had an epileptic fit. He was discharged, but died a short time later and the damage he had was consistent with heavily shaking of the baby. I don not think I left much out, but there are either two options… one the baby did die because he had a shaking from his nanny, or the nanny is innocent and Isaac died op brain damage. I think that if the nanny is guilty why would she call 999? Or she did shake the baby and then after seeing him twice, she got scared and called 999. Who knows what really happened? I know one thing, the parents should not go on a break leaving there baby with a stranger. The trial is expected to last six weeks, so we will just have to wait on the jury’s ruling...

Wow, that has to hurt! The article really captured my attention. The fact that a grown man can pull such a dangerous stunt is just downright stupid! People should know better then to drove a bicycle in a station. And the fact that the police has to say that explicitly is just flabbergasting. The poor man though, he with his head in a 750 volt live rail. Even when he does survive his injuries, he is going to be scared for life. And the family is going t have a hard time as well. If he lives, they have to take care him. I cant bare seeing someone I care about in so much pain. And if he dies, well that’s obvious…

John Leslie denies rape allegation: 'It's trial by media'

Former Blue Peter presenter, John Leslie, was arrested last night over an alleged rape. He denied to have done anything wrong. It was “totally untrue” he said. After he voluntarily went to police station yesterday he was questioned over an alleges attack in 1995. He was al ready let go in 2003 for a similar matter. Mr Leslie was charged with two counts of indecent assault on different females but the case was dropped. After the acquittal Mr Leslie’s career slumped. Mr Leslie says that because details of the police inquiry have been leaked, he expects the worst, a trial by media. He hopes not to be pre-judged. The woman that filled the new claims says that Mr Leslie forced himself on her after inviting her and a group of friends back to his house.

John Leslie was arrested for alleged rape yesterday. And he was arrested for an alleged attack in 2003. from what I conclude, alleged is the key word. In 2003 he was let go, but now he is being questioned again for another case. Either he didn’t do it and is just a victim of confused and sad women of we see a pattern evolving. Rape in 2003, attack in 2008, who knows what will happen in 2010? But he denies to have done anything wrong and he even voluntary went to the police station. Just like in 2003 he cooperated to the investigated. I’m honestly confused, or he’s guilty or apparently there are some desperate people trying to pin things on him he didn’t do.

Einstein's letter on religion sells for £170,000.

A letter was auctioned off in London. The letter is written by Albert Einstein. In the letter Einstein shares his point off view on the supernatural, he says that religious beliefs are "childish superstitions" and the "product of human weaknesses". "The word God is for me nothing more than the expression and product of human weaknesses”, said Einstein. The letter has been sold at the auction for £170,000. It was sold to a private collector. The amount paid for the letter exceeded the world record for a letter by the great scientist. "It beats the world record for an Einstein letter by about 4 times," said managing director of Bloomsbury Auctions in Mayfair, Rupert Powell, "It's a massive difference." The price paid for it is exceptional.

A letter from Albert Einstein, wow that is pretty impressive I think. The letter is about religion, a topic with so many opinions from so many people. And now we can even read the opinion of one of the most well-known scientists in the world (who (minor detail) happens too be dead for ages, but ok…). So dear old Albert thinks that religion and God are just expressions of man’ weaknesses. Well that is one way to look at it. Or as I like to think it could also be a strength. Everybody beliefs in something, one person might be a Muslim or the other one a Jew or a Christian etc… these people live with the idea that there is something/ someone watching over them. Religions all have a similar base if you think about it. It is all about being a good person towards others and trying to live a good life. That is not weak in my eyes, that’s a guideline for good things and it takes a strong person to keep to curtain rules in some circumstances.

Body found in hunt for missing TV make-up artist

A dead body was found hidden in woodland by a woman who was out walking her dog. The body is that was found is being linked by the police to an earlier the disappearance . that is the body of an award-winning TV make-up artist. The make-up artist, Diane Chenery-Wickens, was reported missing by her husband, David. She was reported missing on January 24. David did so after his wife failed to attend a meeting at the BBC. An arrest was made later on, Mr Chenery-Wickens from Duddleswell, was arrested on suspicion of Diane’s murder but he was freed on police bail. The found body and the crime scene have to be investigated thoroughly. The Detective Chief Inspector, who is leading the investigation, said: “whilst the potential link with Diane Chenery-Wickens’ case is an obvious line of enquiry we need to keep an open mind until formal identification and investigation of the scene have been concluded. Which means that they have to investigate whether the found body is really that of Diane’s and that they are not going to jump to conclusions before the result are in.

Well well, it is not the best news you can hear, but it is interesting. The man who was arrested did have the same last name, it just does not say what the link between the victim and the suspect is. So a well-known make-up artist is missing and a lady found a body when taking her dog for a walk. I guess you never know what is going to happen? The lady probably did not know what happened to her. And do not forget the husband of the missing women, she has been reported missing since January. Well, the police have a number and are hoping for witnesses, my tip is go after the person who’s make-up has changed for the better since Diana has been missing…
